Payment Policy
All rates are GST inclusive, 50% deposit of total to be paid upon confirmation of booking.

Cancellation Policy
A non refundable booking fee of $50.00 will be charged for each booking.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date, the deposit less the booking fee will be refunded.
Cancellation made less than 30 days of the arrival date, no refund of deposit. For cancellation of bookings between 20th December - 20th February NO REFUND will be given.
This cancellation policy may be waived if we are able to re-let the accommodation for the period of the reservation at the proprietors discretion.
